How to Properly Apply and Maintain Amouage Dia Man
Application Tips
To get the most out of Amouage Dia Man, it is important to apply it correctly. The best time to apply fragrance is after showering or bathing, when the skin is clean and slightly damp. This allows the fragrance to absorb more easily and last longer. Spray the fragrance onto pulse points, such as the wrists, neck, and behind the ears. These areas generate heat, which helps to diffuse the scent throughout the day.
Avoid rubbing the fragrance into the skin, as this can break down the scent molecules and reduce its longevity. Instead, allow the fragrance to air dry naturally. You can also spray a small amount of fragrance onto your clothing, but be careful not to stain delicate fabrics. A little goes a long way with Amouage Dia Man, so start with a small amount and add more if desired.
Storage Tips
To maintain the quality and longevity of Amouage Dia Man, it is important to store it properly. Keep the fragrance in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and heat. These factors can cause the scent to degrade over time. Store the fragrance in its original bottle, as this is designed to protect the scent from external elements. Make sure the cap is tightly closed to prevent evaporation. With proper care, your bottle of Amouage Dia Man will last for years.

Frequently Asked Questions About Amouage Dia Man
What is the difference between Eau de Parfum (EDP) and Eau de Toilette (EDT)?
Eau de Parfum (EDP) and Eau de Toilette (EDT) are two different concentrations of fragrance oils. EDPs have a higher concentration of fragrance oils (typically 15-20%) than EDTs (typically 5-15%). This means that EDPs are generally longer-lasting and more intense than EDTs. Amouage Dia Man is an EDP, so it offers a long-lasting and potent scent.
How long does Amouage Dia Man last on the skin?
Amouage Dia Man is known for its long-lasting scent. On average, it can last for 8-10 hours on the skin. However, the longevity of the fragrance can vary depending on factors such as skin type, application method, and environmental conditions. To maximize the longevity of the scent, apply it to pulse points and avoid rubbing it into the skin.
Is Amouage Dia Man suitable for all seasons?
Amouage Dia Man is a versatile fragrance that can be worn in all seasons. Its fresh and spicy top notes make it suitable for spring and summer, while its warm and sensual base notes make it perfect for fall and winter. However, some people may prefer to wear lighter fragrances in the summer and heavier fragrances in the winter. Ultimately, it comes down to personal preference.

Spray 2–4 times onto pulse points — the wrists, behind the ears, the base of the throat, and the inside of the elbow. Hold the atomizer 10–15cm from the skin. Do not rub your wrists together after applying; friction breaks the delicate top notes and alters the scent's natural development.
Store your perfume upright in its original box, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity. The ideal temperature is 15–22°C. Avoid keeping fragrances in bathrooms or near radiators — fluctuations in temperature and humidity accelerate oxidation and degrade the composition.
UV light and oxygen are the greatest enemies of fine fragrance. Keep the bottle sealed with its cap when not in use to minimize air exposure. A well-preserved parfum can maintain its integrity for 3–5 years; once opened, best enjoyed within 12–24 months for peak olfactory performance.
Apply perfume to moisturized skin — hydrated skin holds fragrance significantly longer than dry skin. Layer with an unscented body lotion or use the brand's matching body oil for amplified diffusion. Spray onto clothing and hair sparingly; fabric can retain scent for days, while hair mists project beautifully without drying the strands.
For travel, decant a small amount into a certified travel atomizer — never check in full bottles, as pressure changes can compromise the seal. Keep the bottle in its velvet pouch during transit to shield the glass from impact and light. Glass perfume bottles are delicate; handle with care.
If the liquid darkens significantly, develops a vinegary or sour sharpness, or the top notes disappear entirely, the perfume has oxidized. Discontinue use and contact our service center — each authenticated bottle is traceable via its batch code and registered with our atelier.
Installment plans available for orders above $500. Bottle engraving and personalized gift wrapping require confirmation before processing.
